The Board of Directors of Xcel Energy Inc. (NASDAQ: XEL) today declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock of 43 cents per share. The dividends are payable July 20, 2020, to shareholders of record on June 15, 2020.

PSCo, a subsidiary of Xcel Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ:XEL - News), is the current customer under the Manchief Power Purchase Agreement ("PPA"). In November 2017, the Company submitted several proposals in PSCo's 2017 All-Source Solicitation for its longer-term energy supply needs.
