It also holds 100% interest in the Tetagouche property covering approximately 16,000 hectares, located in the heart of the Bathurst Mining Camp, north-eastern New Brunswick; and the Rice Island project located in west-central Manitoba at Wekusko Lake. The company was incorporated in 2009 and is headquartered in Thunder Bay, Canada.
