I thought everybody needed copper and was giving the middle finger to gas and oil and we would power airplanes and rocket ships with big ole copper batteries, and heat our homes with big ole copper batteries? We got more copper than lays has potatoe chips.. Phouck oil and gas, get that sheat out of your homes and just buy hunks of copper. Does not matter, just tear up your walls and get the plastic pipes out of them and go back to copper. We MUST HAVE COPPER. ..COPPER WILL KILL BUGS AND GERMS. think of the uses. We can put copper all over our sidewalks and streets. Put the copper on our rooftops and use copper for fillings when we have cavities in our mouths and coat our toilets with Copper....I heard they are gonna make NASA space ships, the insides of the engines and also the outside HULLS made of pure copper. So why aren't people buying Ivanhoe? Ivanhoe Mines has copper and in the Congo they are making huts that are 54 percent copper and the natives love them. .....Our stock is under priced....You should be buying more. ...There are factories in the Congo where the floors stretch out for sever miles and it is nothing but copper. ...they don't use stone there , they use copper and walk on copper WITH THE FLOORS AND FLOORIND PRODUCTS MADE OF ABOUT 67 PERCENT COPPER. The houses are lovely with copper and inside of them are copper which keeps the bugs away and the snakes away. please buy IVANHOE SO i CAN GET MY MONEY BACK..

You were correct and I bought more today intend to hold this long term. Have you sold OBE and other energy names. The energy pps seems overdone to me with WTI at 104 down about 12% while some energy names are down 40% ??

M23 Rebel conflict is heated at the moment. Maybe the instability of that is what's trashing the price here. I'm no expert on the conflict. I now possess 10 minutes worth of Google knowledge. I think M23 is spooking investors.

$8.50 USD was no bargain. Let's hope $6.66 did the trick. Seems beyond oversold.

I remember another Congo company I owned, it was a gold company, the CEO was an irishman, and rebels shut the entire company down. They were gonna issue all the employees rifles for personal protection but then everybody got scared. The stock hit a high of 5.35 cents, and then when the rebels kept getting closer it went to about 11 cents, and then I sold. I think it ended up going bankrupt. forget the name...anybody remember that one?

Ivanhoe's management continues its great execution as always. Major milestones ahead of schedule again. At this rate, 2022 will meet the high-end of the guidance (or can we beat it)? Anyway, it's really enjoyable to see the near-perfect execution by the management. The SP will handle itself in the long-run.

Based on throughput estimate of 350K and an average price of $4.40/lb, I get a rough mc of $12B, about 20% higher than today. As throughput inches toward 450k next year, that yields another ~30%, about $155B mc. That’s a sp 60% higher than today and that/s without contribution from Platreef, Kipushi, Western Forelands.

FYI, an insider (Joubert Pierre) bought 28,300 shares at $9.78 on May 24, 2022. Just in case you did not check the insider report in the past while.

Careful if you are vested in electric battery metals, namely lithium, cobalt and nickel. Supply to substantially increase by end of 2022, with lithium prices taking the hardest hit.

Besides a terrible market, another reason for the steep decline here is Spot Copper. Since June 7, sc has plunged from $4.40 to $4.07 usd. Perception of less demand, I presume. “Time is on Our Side,” The Rolling Stones, aka, The Strolling Bones.

Friedlund made a monkey out of me in Africa, and I have made a monkey out of my wife's late father's million dollars. His body is hardly cold in the earth, and I have cut his money in half....plus my little pension. Plus, I don't know about you guys, but home prices up here are falling now. Truth is, the only reason I bought this stock is because of the name. I read the book Ivanhoe as a kid and thought the name probably will bring me luck. Everybody on the stockhouse message board said it was worth 25 bucks and that Ivanhoe would be the 2nd biggest producer in the world....turns out the thing hardly makes any money at all. If Copper keeps going down, I am finished. My wife is gonna flip when she finds out. She has been running up the credit cards like crazy these days. I can barely think these days with her yapping all the time about Florida, "do you want to live on the east side of the state, or on the gulf side? Let's get a house one block off from the beach! Should be buy in the north, or around Disney in Orlando? Should we take a chance in Miami beach, where all of our people are? Can we afford it? Look at this house, a 3 bedroom stand alone home. Come over here you gotta look. I don't like condos......" She does this all the time, demanding I come over to her computer, and looking at 1000 listings in florida. She says, Our price limit is 465 thousand, that will still leave us with over half a million in the bank. Do you think we can afford that much house?........she does this nonstop, drives me nuts. She is talking nonsense. When is she gonna start wanting to see our online stock account, to just look at the current balance?

Cramer says not to buy Ivanhoe electric ipo. Not that I would until it falls less than half....especially in this market.

It is difficult to completely escape from the widespread bloodbath today; however, the market-driven SP action cannot overturn the anticipated growth of IVN.TO with all the key milestones ahead of schedule. Please do not forget we have yet seen any game-changing news about Western Foreland and it should be on its way some time in 2022. Thus, continue to grab any opportunity to accumulate if you are not yet at your targeted position. If you have met your target, just sit back and let it does its magic in the next long while.
