    At my store, somebody drinks apple juice in the aisle and then puts the empty back on the shelf. Also, they down cheese and leave the empty package there. Unreal what is going on.

    I follow Family Dollar, Dollar Tree, and Dollar General. I also actually shop at all despite good net worth.

    Since DLTR jacked all prices 25% across-the-board, I go to Dollar Tree about 75% less I used to. They totally blew their value proposition.

    Dollar General now has far more actual $1 priced items.

    From my standpoint, Dollar Tree finance and marketing jockeys need to be fired, I suspect DLTR will get its deserved market shellacking

    I am totally stunned by the continued upward movement. We are at the doorstep of the 52-week high. The Family Dollar side of operations is a drain for the company, that is conclusive. However, I am not sure how much better Dollar Tree's operations have been fairing this quarter. I am still waiting for someone to explain how Dollar Tree can grow in this environment, given all of the headwinds it's facing (e.x. shipping costs, lack of manpower, dwindling consumer purchasing power etc.). I do not believe they are picking up substantial new clientele year over year. Although perhaps I'm wrong!

    Too much shoplifting at DLTR. I saw a lady stuffing things in her baby carriage. There was no baby. That was telling.

    Shoplifting is a huge problem DLTR and all other retailers. Going to get much worse.

    Too much shoplifting. I was in a DLTR today. There is evidence of shoplifting on all the shelves. People take pills out of packages. People pop open apple juice and drink it there in the store.
    It is going to get worse and worse.
