Presuming a 40-hour workweek with two weeks off per year, that's an annual salary of exactly $200,000.

Meta, the parent company of Facebook, is currently listing a remote opening for the position of director of engineering. The right candidate will be responsible for leading software engineering teams charged with meeting the growing demands of Meta's product and business divisions.
