SHONDA RHIMES: We're not done with anything. We're-- we're fighting for women's equality in terms of how they take care of their bodies. We're fighting for, you know, women's health issues. We're fighting for just equal pay. I mean, the idea that women, women of color are never paid the same as men at this point is horrific and ridiculous.

There's so much more to be done in terms of making sure that the world's balance that is tipped so heavily in favor of white male privilege becomes a much more even playing field for everybody.
