Truck Cargo Strewn Along Texas Highway Following Tornado

Cargo from several trucks was seen spilled along a highway in the vicinity of Waxahachie, Texas, on May 4, after a tornado tore through the area the night before.

The National Weather Service confirmed a tornado, with what it reported were winds of up to 120 mph, touched down in Ellis County, Texas, before 9 pm on Monday night.

The NWS said the tornado travelled over five miles and crossed Interstate I-35E. Local reports showed several trucks flipped over and heavily damaged along the road on Monday night.
