Snapchat's parent is snapping up veteran execs ahead of its IPO
We just got some news about how one of the hottest IPOs of 2017 will be controlled. That would be Snap, the parent company of Snapchat. The two founders, Evan Spiegel and Bobby Murphy, are reportedly going to retain more than 70% of the voting rights of Snap, while new investors won't get any voting control.
