'Santa Truck' Unveiled by Kentucky Firefighters

Firefighters in Kentucky have unveiled a truck decked out in a stunning display of Christmas lights and decorations, which Santa will use to visit children in Louisville neighborhoods.

According to WHAS11, the Santa Truck was revealed by the Zoneton Fire Protection District on December 1, and took three weeks to decorate.

“We take our truck and turn it into Santa’s sleigh and we go out through the district and put smiles on people’s faces,” said Fire Captain Steven Corbin.

For a 35th year, the truck will make its way through neighborhoods. First and last stops will be at the graves of Fire Chief Rob Orkies and Battalion Major Garry Key, who both died from COVID-19, WDRB reported. Credit: Zoneton Fire Protection District via Storyful
