Santa, The Grinch, and Elves Among Those to Exit Police Vehicle Ahead of Community Event

Santa Claus, several elves, the Grinch, and a Christmas tree were among the character to emerge from the back of a police vehicle to greet children who had arrived at San Leandro Police Department, California, for an event on December 2.

Video shows Santa and Mrs Claus arriving outside the police department, where a group of excited children were waiting for their arrival.
