Safe Streets hosts cookout in push to reduce gun violence in Baltimore

Safe Streets Baltimore brought the community together at a cookout Saturday as part of its push to reduce gun violence in the city. This is the first of three "Safe Summer" citywide cookouts hosted by Safe Streets in an effort to peacefully bring people in Baltimore together. It comes as police have reported no homicides in the city since Monday -- that's nearly a week without killings.
