Rain Soaks Parts of North Carolina as Cold Front Moves Through State

Rain poured down on Winterville, North Carolina on Monday, October 25, as a cold front moved through the state.

The National Weather Service predicted strong to severe storms with damaging winds going into Tuesday as a cold front moves through the area. More stormy weather is forecast for the latter half of the week.
