Mother Overcome With Emotion After Daughter Gifts Her Portrait of Late Dog

A woman broke down in tears after her daughter surprised her with a portrait their late dog in Porto Alegre, Brazil, on July 22.

Ana Letícia Martins de Souza recorded this video and originally posted it to TikTok. The footage shows Souza handing the wrapped portrait to her mom who touched and hugged the portrait, overcome with emotion.

Souza told Storyful the dog, named Bambi, was a gift from her parents. He passed away on June 8.
