Large Crowd of Pro-Palestine Protesters March in New York City

Protesters marched in New York City on Tuesday, May 11, in support of Palestine amid escalating conflict between the Israel Defence Forces (IDF) and Hamas.

Footage taken by Twitter user Joshua Potash shows crowds in Manhattan chanting and waving Palestinian flags.

On Tuesday the IDF said more than 300 rockets had been fired from Gaza into Israel over 18 hours. Rocket attacks killed at least two people and injured 90 in the Israeli cities of Ashdod and Ashkelon, the Jerusalem Post reported.
