Home price increases slowed in April: S&P Case Shiller

BRAD SMITH: Before we go to break, we have our eyes on some economic data. Home prices increases-- they're slowing slightly in April for the first time since November of last year. Prices rose 20.4% nationally in April, compared with a year ago, according to S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller index. Cities in the south, they continued to see these strongest monthly gains, including Dallas, Miami, and Tampa.
