Editor’s Edition: 2021 was all about supply chain issues

2021 was another year dominated by the COVID-19 pandemic. But as the year progressed, and more Canadians rolled up their sleeves to get vaccinated, the biggest issues of the day shifted. The past year was less about lockdowns and an economic recession, and more focused on the COVID-19 recovery and issues such as inflation, supply chain constraints and labour shortages.

On this episode of Editor’s Edition, Alicja Siekierska and Mark Satov, the founder of Satov Consultants, dig into the top business issues of 2021. Satov also explains why he thinks the Canadian airline industry will remain uncompetitive in 2022, and what businesses should be doing when it comes to dealing with the labour shortage.
