CHRISTA HAVICAN: Hello my name is Christa Havican, and I'm a bartender from Houston, Texas. And today, we're going to make a Crown Royal Vanilla cocktail called "I Do Declare Janice McNair," perfect for a Houston Texans gameday. First, we're going to start off with an ounce and 1/2 of Crown Royal Vanilla. Next, we'll take an ounce of fresh-squeezed lemon juice. Next, 3/4 an ounce of orange liqueur. Then simply add two dashes of lavender bitters. Fill your shaker tin full of ice, and then shake.

Next, to prepare a glass, we're going to rim it with a lavender, lemon, vanilla sugar. You will take 1/2 a cup of sugar, 1 tablespoon of lavender, 1 tablespoon of dried lemon peel, and one vanilla bean split into two. After that, just simply pour it in the glass. And there you have it, an "I Do Declare, Janice McNair" with Crown Royal Vanilla, perfect accompaniment for your gameday grilling. Enjoy.
