GOV NED LAMONT: During the last recession, which was a bad recession, '08, '09. Let's say, 5,000 people a week applied for unemployment compensation, yesterday, 12,000 people in one day applied for unemployment compensation. So the economy is dropping off a cliff, especially when it comes to those small businesses, those Main Street merchants.
