- Judgment day may not be here just yet, but robotics company, Boston Dynamics, showing no signs of slowing down. In their latest demo, the company's robot named Atlas, which you can see right here, is showing off some new skills. Now, we've seen robots run, jump, even dance, but Atlas now has hands.

Well, grippers is what the company is calling them. And as you can see here, Atlas can pick up some heavy things, place them down precisely, and even throw them pretty far. And then there's, of course, this inverted 540 flip that he does. Dave, this is just incredible. It's something that we-- yeah.

- He throws the tools, throws that toolbox, which is heavy up to the construction worker--

- Here we go.

- --makes his own path down, and here comes the 540 flip, sticks the landing like Kerri Strug in the Olympics. And that's an incredible performance by a human let alone. A robot building his own path to the construction worker who says, "You're such a show off," there at the end, been viewed 2.5 million times on their YouTube channel.

I'm not sure what the practical use is, yet still a private company. But we just heard Carmine Di Sibio what Sozzi and Julie talk about, are we there where AI is going to replace employees? When you combine AI, what we're seeing with ChatGPT, and now this, you can't help but wonder how many employees are going to be replaceable in the decade ahead.

- Yeah, certainly, you would think Atlas is going to be replacing a lot of jobs, at least around that warehouse. It seems like there's nothing he really can't do at this point.
