Activists on Juneteenth holiday: 'It's hard for me to celebrate'

Gov. Gavin Newsom issued a proclamation declaring June 19, 2021, as "Juneteenth National Freedom Day: A Day of Observance" in the state of California. It comes a day after President Joe Biden signed legislation making Juneteenth a federal holiday.
