At 14,500 Feet, These Women Make History By Being The First To Patrol Nanda Devi Forests

Three women - Durga Sati, Mamta Kanwasi, and Roshni Negi became the first in the country to guard the forests situated at 14,500 feet above sea level in Nanda Devi, Uttarakhand. Earlier, only men were allowed to go on long-distance patrolling.
