    Here's the deal. People are repositioning for the recovery ($AAL). That's not happening. Buy $expi or $zg before the analyst start upgrading. This thing about to go up again.

    If the Zillow CEO has crafty smarts he would buyout hyper growing $EXPI, the fastest growing worldwide brokerage on the planet, before they go up 5X and get too big to acquire. Zillow investors should also ring the register and move those profits to EXPI to ride their destructive business model as it consumes all the traditional big brokerage houses like Keller Williams, Remax, and all the others. Many thousands of realtors switch over to EXPI each and every week and that growth is only accelerating.

    Median house prices are up 14.8%. High end market , vacation homes, and low end home sales are up on tight supply. Sales are 9.5% up vs 6%. $Exp and $ZG will be up in a big way.

    Like I said, at some point the press release a day strategy stops working. And as soon as it stops working you don't see management doing it anymore. When was the last "Zillow offers expanding into xxxx city" release? They only send those out when the stock is going up.

    Anyone know why the site has been non-functional and reads: "Latest Activity is temporarily unavailable for maintenance." for weeks now? Not too impressive on the service end.

    Fun while it lasted. I'm still bullish long term, but probably back into the 80s by Q3 report.

    Its not looking good for Zillow. Its definitely in a downtrend. The DOW is Bullish and its down over 2%? It will definitely get back up but IDK when.

    I'm a bull on Z but I think this needs to pull back. RSI was overbought but just now dropped back down, will look for another entry. Ideally when RSI pulls back to about 50 as well #$%$ pulls back and touches it's 50 day moving average, roughly around $90.

    Note that 10/5/20 Zillow Bid/Asks are trading mostly at Ask, even though virtually ALL listed Builder stocks
    are DOWN in today's UP Market. Zillow quote is being heavily supported at record highs, with no earnings.

    From 30s to 110 in 6 months..for a stock with no PE (it's constantly losing when it sells houses that it bought in all-time overpriced Seller's U.S. Mkt). A true neophyte to the intricate Realty business, Zillow will soon learn why turnover of Agents in U.S. Brokerage is huge (most can't earn a living!)..and why having your own Title & Mortgage companies don't help much..with different realty sales laws in every State. Why Deutschbank would
    giver Zillow a "target" above 100 (140 !!) is simple: Bankers don't have to buy their recommendations.
