Strathmore Plus Uranium Corp. engages in the acquisition, exploration, and development of resource properties in Wyoming, the United States. The company holds 100% interests in the Night Owl property, which comprise 82 unpatented lode mining claims covering an area of 666 hectares, as well as one State of Wyoming mineral lease covering an area of approximately 266 hectares; and the Agate project that consists of 52 unpatented lode mining claims covering approximately 435 hectares located in the Shirley Basin Uranium District, Wyoming. It also holds 100% interests in the Beaver Rim project that includes 131 unpatented lode mining claims covering an area of approximately 1,095 hectares located in the Gas Hills Uranium District, Central Wyoming. The company was formerly known as Strathmore Plus Energy Corp. Strathmore Plus Uranium Corp. was incorporated in 2007 and is based in Kelowna, Canada.
