It's clear based on the preferred changes that they're getting ready for some sort of change of control, but what exactly?
s
could company go OTCQX instead of caving to reverse split when share price delisting notice comes?
s
not sure of closing bids, but until yesterday looked like might regain compliance. not sure what happened -- especially in light of recent exec chair purchases. must have stopped buying a few days too soon.
N
NO bankruptcy since they have the cash to pay the interest expense on the debt, But another 1:10 reverse split looks inevitable at this point. I expect them to sell the renaming part of the health care division. This will allow management to pay their bloated salaries and fund the loses for another year or two in the construction business. It is after the health care division is sold and the proceeds from this sales is wasted that a bankruptcy looks possible. That is at least two years away.

two execs comp at almost $1.1M add up the rest of the exec team and it would be a very high number for this group as they again drive stock belpe a buck and head for what, delisting, another reverse split? how's your position retiredtechie??????? hahahhahahahahahaahahaha
f
wonder what new company name will be after bk or reverse split this time.
A
Abysmal. Net loss from continuing operations was $3.7 million (or $0.29 per basic and diluted share) compared to a net loss from continuing operations of $0.6 million (or $0.12 per basic and diluted share). Number of shares is way up due to dilution. Value per share is starting to get pummeled. They can't even make a profit during the free-money era. Now, the downside comes.
f
better sell before reverse split
f
just keeps bleeding...bk soon
f
delistment, reverse split, bankruptcy...which one comes first
f
I'm confident bk very soon
