GOTHENBURG, Sweden, June 18, 2024--Polestar (Nasdaq: PSNY) announces that Håkan Samuelsson intends to retire as Board Chair. The Board of Directors has appointed Winfried Vahland Board Chair, effective following the Company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
