PROREIT ANNOUNCES SEPTEMBER 2024 DISTRIBUTION
PRO Real Estate Investment Trust ("PROREIT" or the "REIT") (TSX: PRV.UN) announced today that a cash distribution of $0.0375 per trust unit of the REIT for the month of September 2024 ($0.45 on an annualized basis) will be payable on October 15, 2024 to unitholders of record as at September 30, 2024.

Additionally, PROREIT completed its previously announced sale of two legacy office properties for gross proceeds of $26.6 million.

PROREIT ANNOUNCES AGREEMENT TO ACQUIRE INDUSTRIAL BUILDING IN MONTRÉAL FOR $32.6 MILLION
PRO Real Estate Investment Trust ("PROREIT" or the "REIT") (TSXV: PRV.UN) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a binding agreement to acquire a 100% interest in a strategically located industrial building in Dorval, a suburb of Montréal, Québec, adjacent to Montréal-Trudeau International Airport, for a total purchase price of $32.6 million (excluding closing costs), representing a going-in capitalization rate of approximately 6.7%.
