Prismo Metals Inc. acquires, explores for, and develops mineral properties in Mexico and Arizona. It has an option to acquire 100% interests in the Palos Verdes property that includes Palos Verdes concession covering an area of 22.7707 hectares located to the northeast of Mazatlán in Sinaloa State, Mexico; the Los Pavitos property comprising Los Pavitos Reducción concession covering an area of 5,289 hectares located in the Álamos area of Sonora State, Mexico; and 75% interests in the Hot Breccia project consists of 227 mining located in the southern Arizona. The company was incorporated in 2018 and is based in Vancouver, Canada.
