Description

P2 Gold Inc., a mineral exploration company, engages in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral properties in Canada and the United States. It primarily explores for gold, copper, silver, lead, and zinc deposits. The company holds 100% interest in the Gabbs project comprising 543 unpatented lode mining claims and one patented lode mining claim covering 4,500 hectares located in Nevada; and the BAM property, which includes 54 claims covering an area of 18,893 hectares located near the northwest of Stewart, British Columbia. It also holds 100% interest in the Silver Reef project covering an area of approximately 23,000 hectares located near the north of Hazelton, British Columbia. The company was formerly known as Central Timmins Exploration Corp. and changed its name to P2 Gold Inc. in August 2020. P2 Gold Inc. was incorporated in 2017 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
