SAN GABRIEL, Calif., January 31, 2024--Pacific Alliance Bank (OTC: PFBN), today announced that the Board of Directors declared a cash dividend on its common stock of $0.10 per share. The dividend will be paid on February 26, 2024, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 12, 2024.
