NEW YORK, May 03, 2024--BlackRock MuniVest Fund, Inc. (NYSE: MVF, the "Fund") announced today the adoption of a discount management program (the "Program"). Under the terms of the Program, the Fund intends to offer to repurchase a portion of its common shares via tender offer if certain conditions are met during specified time periods, as detailed below.
