("Montage" or the "Company") (TSXV: MAU) (OTCQX: MAUTF) is pleased to announce that the brokered private placement previously announced on July 16, 2024, has been increased to 102,857,143 common shares of the Company (the "Common Shares") at a price of C$1.75 per Common Share for gross proceeds of approximately C$180 million (the "Offering") and that the oversubscribed book has closed.
