Description

Leocor Gold Inc. engages in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties in Canada. The company holds an option to acquire 100% interest in the Dorset Gold Project consists of two mineral claims covering an area of 600 hectares; the Copper Creek and the Five Mile Brook projects comprise fifty-five claims; and the Dorset Extension, including 325 hectares located in Newfoundland and Labrador. It also holds an option to acquire 100% interest in the Robert's Arm project comprising 12 mineral licenses totaling 1706 claims covering an area of 42,650 hectares; the Lemington project comprising 16 mineral licenses totaling 2492 claims covering an area of 62,300 hectares; the Hodge's Hill project comprising nine mineral licenses totaling 1562 claims covering an area of 39,050 hectares; and the Joe's Lake project consists of 300-hectare exploration-stage parcel located in the province of Newfoundland. The comany was formerly known as Leocor Ventures Inc. and changed its name to Leocor Gold Inc. in August 2020. Leocor Gold Inc. was incorporated in 2018 and is based in Vancouver, Canada.
