Description

Leocor Gold Inc. engages in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties in Canada. The company holds an option to acquire 100% interest in the Dorset Gold Project consists of two mineral claims covering an area of 600 hectares; the Copper Creek and the Five Mile Brook projects comprise fifty-five claims; and the Dorset Extension, including 325 hectares located in Newfoundland and Labrador. It also holds an option to acquire 100% interest in the Robert's Arm project comprising 12 mineral licenses totaling 1706 claims covering an area of 42,650 hectares; the Lemington project comprising 16 mineral licenses totaling 2492 claims covering an area of 62,300 hectares; the Hodge's Hill project comprising nine mineral licenses totaling 1562 claims covering an area of 39,050 hectares; and the Joe's Lake project consists of 300-hectare exploration-stage parcel located in the province of Newfoundland.
