Kilroy Realty Declares Quarterly Dividend

LOS ANGELES, May 22, 2024--Kilroy Realty Corporation (NYSE: KRC, "Kilroy") announced today that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.54 per common share payable on July 10, 2024 to stockholders of record on June 28, 2024. The dividend is equivalent to an annual rate of $2.16 per share.
