Imperial oil has been buying back shares it is the reversal of deluded shares . This will drive up the share price plus they have been firing on all pistons with curl and cold lake plant .. with the increase in profit and hold on new drills , the sale of electricity to the grid , the increasing prices for electricity plus buy back of shares and deleting them from the mix this little girl is worth closer to 55$ Canadian a share . They have been increasing the dividend . I am watching for another bump coming up . The name of the game is to sweeten the pot for its long term investors . They promised that and they delivered .

The stock is at it's highest on the last couple years and the treasury if repurchasing shares - over $12 mil in last 2 weeks. Are they planning to get out of the oil business - or is this for XOM to get full control?

Many people are seeking for stability in this unstable crypto space and A lot of people are wondering if now is a good time to buy because of where the price is at right now . I'd say it's wrong to just sit back hold and wait maybe incur some losses along the line , that's a wrong mindset for an investor because as an investor finding ways to always increase and stack up more coins thereby making profits should be the way of life that being said , the market is still all about BTC at the moment and I'll advise current investors and newbies to take advantage of the Mr. Steve program , an establishment that handles people who lack understanding on how maneuver the crypto space , to help them recover loss from the crash and also accumulate more positive returns , with their program i went from having 1.4btc to 7btc in just 9 weeks.

So, the release says IMO is using blue hydrogen to manufacture the Renewable Diesel. That comes from natural gas. I realize IMO is a huge company and very likely has its own natural gas, however, I never read anything about natural gas when I read about IMO sales, production or reserves, etc. Where do they get this gas from? Just curious.

Great company but price is too high right now compared to oil. Waiting for around $13.

Oil and metal prices are poised to surge in coming months as Britain and the US launch a once-in-a-generation infrastructure spending spree and the global economy roars back to life. New target $80 oil😳

Who would have ever thought we would own one of the hottest energy names in the sector and it would be IMO. Just typing IMO used to make me sleepy. Regretfully I just sold a small partial at $29.00 U.S. last Friday. I certainly will be holding the remainder! Good Luck! Go CNQ, IMO and Peyto!!

Since XOM owns 64% has anyone thought about a buyout or merger? These smaller oil companies are going to have to consolidate in this environment.

Question to the fellow members of this forum. I live in Canada and hold imo in US dollars. Currently seating at 25% gain. Should I be holding this stock in Canadian dollars instead of US?

Earnings out on the 29th. With the price of oil, expect another huge quarter from IMO. Get in while it’s pulled back and enjoy the ride!

IMO. Probably the best intergrated Oil and Gas company set to benefit from the multi year recovery strategy worth basicly up to a trillion in stimulus spending. Under some ripe oil prices we could see $ 70 a share

the profitability of any oil company is questionable going forward but if any company will survive imo will
because of the one thing investors like
These deferrals have resulted in an updated capital outlook of $1.1 billion to $1.2 billion for 2020, a $500 million (30 percent) reduction compared to original guidance of $1.6 billion to $1.7 billion.

In addition to this reduction in capital spending, Imperial has identified opportunities to reduce operating expenses by $500 million compared to 2019 levels.

I’d like to see Maryland spin off or sell Baltimore, but it’s not likely. IMO isn’t likely to be spun off or sold either.

Thank you, Foster, I’m so glad , finally someone is pointing out how solid is IMO, I wish I have purchased more shares of IMO . This board has zero paid promoters, meaning the stock is great, there is no need to promote, think about it: would you hold on to a piece of diamond and going around to flash it, hoping someone might rob you? Long and treat it as a high interest bond.
