    Goldman's take on Gold
Goldman expects the metal to average a price of $2,300 per ounce in 2021, up from its predicted average of $1,836 per ounce this year.

And, I bought into IAG because I saw so much upside with gold at $1700. Remembering Gold surpassed $1500 at end of last year as the US started running yearly trillion dollar deficits, no virus. $1700 looks like a long term lock, $1836 would be even better and $2300 for a few quarters boggles the mind.

Not worried about this volatility at all ..their great Cote mine in Ontario Canada is under construction..who knows how big this is gonna be when that is built

Assumption - $1900/oz average price of gold throughout 2012 and 2022. With this modest assumption, IAG faces considerable revenue increases in the next two years. With little debt, IAG stock price will greatly benefit from this increase in revenues - unless there's a buyout. Little more than a year ago, Goldcorp, also with very little debt, positioned itself well for appreciation - much like IAG. Unfortunately, Newmont bought out Goldcorp before Goldcorp saw their water fall of revenue in the big gold run up since March. After the takeover, Goldcorp share holders (like me) received diluted Newport returns, but Newmont greatly benefited. What I'm trying to say; "Look out - you may get what you ask for!" In face of a raging gold market, a buyout might not be best for us IAG shareholders

This is a great company but no hype behind it, this will only move on good results and valuation in the next few months and then we will see good things start happening, including a dividend.

Is IAG management a problem? Do they represent the interests of the stock holders? Beware of this company. Do your research on the management of IAG. At the current rate the POG will have to rise to $3000 per ounce for this stock to reach $6. Again I ask is IAG management a problem? There are alot of stock pumpers on this site so do your own research. Beware.

    Gold at $1350
After-Tax Internal Rate of Return (IRR) = 15.3%

Better, Cote and Boto projects are going to be lower cost fields and would be very profitable at $1350

This is phenomenal that IAG is 3 weeks away from reporting their best quarter in several years and the stock is having trouble staying above $4. The stock was $6 when they were expecting $0.02 per share profit. There is little doubt that the 3rd qtr will be $0.08 profit. Oil price is crucial to costs and oil has remained low and is expected to be low for another year. The future is bright with Cote and yet this company has a total valuation of 2 billion. Why are so many shareholders selling?

I wonder why IAG is lagging today. I know gold is down and bitcoin is up but This one has me totally puzzled. I have faith in this company in the long wrong but just wondering. Anyone have any ideas?

If you don't believe in paper money, why on this earth would you believe in electronic money? Go for the gold.

Scaled in some more in the low 3.90s with some extra cash to buy some more if this ever drops in the 3.30-3.60 range again. Anything less than a 2 bil market cap is a comfortable buy for me.

Don't know market cap for Bitcoin vs gold. I would imagine Bitcoin has a much smaller market which is why it's moving more than gold. If you ask me, Bitcoin has much more risk, but that's not stopping investors

Barrick released a preview of earnings and gold sales averaged $1900
IAG last reported quarter at $1700 was impressive. Plenty of upside with $1700 gold and the Cote' project now ramped up.

$1900 means a lot more upside not priced into this company.

Nice technical breakout above upper-support line on monthly chart. We could see the stock move to next support level at $4.40 this week

    Pandemic Unemployment Assistance 509,000

Ugly numbers that seem to be looked on as positives for the market?
