    Some info from the latest mo thly insights

    Plan of Operations
    Next… the birth of a
    productive mine is a very
    methodical, comprehensive
    study. Extraction method
    choice being its key study.
    Open Pit mining can be
    considered, with obvious environmental detractors.
    Potentially there is, Tesla’s recent patent “Selective Extraction
    of Lithium Clay Minerals” filed in December 2020. Tesla’s
    patent process has not yet been established as efficient.
    Fortunately so far, Iconic is encouraged that feasibly,
    reported in our PEA, with collaring boreholes, we will
    minimize H2O use, and have no need of Open Pit mining,
    putting us in the environmentally friendly camp. Avoiding
    piles of tailings is a very favorable result.
    Beyond this point, these exciting next steps take the project
    through its Exploration Plan and then into Production.
    2022 will see a resumption of more drilling on the Bonnie
    Claire Project… its a transformative year ahead!

    Now that we know Bonnie Claire has a resource of
    economic feasibility, long life mining horizon and robust
    growth forecasting for lithium, as a commodity. One would
    expect price appreciation of Iconic’s shares, post PEA. The
    underlying asset now identified is valued at $1.5 Billion.
    Here we need to remember equity market dynamics… stock
    trading! Up until now Iconic has been basically a speculative
    resource play. Retail and early stage investors have battled
    over Potential versus Profitable liquidity in the daily, hourly,
    and second by second bid and ask price of day traders.
    I believe soon, that this phase is coming to a close as larger
    long term investors size up their risk and reward over the
    next 2-5 years. These will likely include risk adverse Firms
    that have been waiting to position into the lithium space.

    Becoming bankable is a realistic next goal for Iconic’s
    Bonnie Claire. Completion of its’ Plan of Operation will
    put the project into a financially mitigated position,
    where conventional debt instruments will be able to
    the finance through and into operational production.
    Until the milestone of bankability, Iconic is courting International Institutions through various
    means. Along the way, general interest in Bonnie Claire has increased, as CEO, Richard Kern
    mentioned “ we have already been approached by those who consume large amounts of
    lithium”.
    A Bankable Feasibility Study, prepared by a recognized firm of mining engineering
    consultants, like Global Resource Engineering will contain a detailed examination of the
    feasibility in bringing the deposit of minerals in Bonnie Claire into commercial production by
    the establishment of a mine, reviews all outstanding issues, contains the statement of the
    lithium reserves, reviews the nature and scale of any proposed operation, contains an
    estimate of the construction costs and production costs and is in the form of a bankable
    document, meaning a document appropriate for presentation to a bank or other financial
    institutions from which Iconic might wish to secure financing.

    Pretty awesome news today! Iconic owns 100% interest in this project compared to Nevada Lithium who owns 20% with an Option to acquire an additional 30% interest, for a combined 50% interest in the Project.

    Average annual production of 32,300 tonnes of lithium!!!!! Whatever math you do, this is verrrrry goood! Canadian companies are always a bit under the radar! Share the good news in your network!

    A PEA is not a small thing... this is the start of something big! This is a deal at that entry price!

    Iconic Announces Accelerated Development Towards Lithium Production Through Receipt of Initial JV Funding

    Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - February 12, 2021) - Iconic Minerals Ltd. (TSXV: ICM) (OTC Pink: BVTEF) (FSE: YQGB) (the "Company" or "Iconic") announces that the Company has received additional Phase I funds totaling CAD $1,200,000 (USD $940,000) (the "Funding") to date from its joint venture partner Nevada Lithium Corp., ("Nevada Lithium") towards receiving its right to earn 20% interest in the joint venture interests on the Bonnie Claire Property (the "Property").

    Richard Kern, Iconic's President and CEO, stated, "This funding provided by Nevada Lithium will help Iconic move Bonnie Claire forward at an accelerated pace toward production."

    Iconic, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Bonaventure Nevada Inc. ("Bonaventure") granted Nevada Lithium the option (the "Option") to earn up to a 50% interest in the Bonnie Claire lithium property located in Nye County, Nevada (the "Property"). Pursuant to the Option Agreement, Nevada Lithium may exercise the Option in three stages by funding USD $5,600,000 in cumulative exploration expenditures on the Bonnie Claire Property on, or before October 1, 2021 (See the news release dated December 15, 2020).

    With this additional funding, Iconic has initiated the Joint Venture Phase I Exploration program for the completion of its Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) on the Property, of which Global Resource Engineering Ltd. (GRE) of Denver, Colorado has been retained to complete the PEA.

    This initial Funding will allow the Company to conduct the following work on the Property:

    Additional resource definition drilling;
    Additional detailed metallurgy;
    Completion of PEA;
    Initiation of Plan of Operation;
    Update NI 43-101 Technical Report and;
    Bulk Sampling.
    Bonnie Claire Property

    The Bonnie Claire Property is located within Sarcobatus Valley, which is approximately 30 km (19 miles) long and 20 km (12 miles) wide. Quartz-rich volcanic tuffs containing anomalous amounts of lithium occur within and adjacent to the valley. Drill results from the salt flat have included lithium values as high as 2550 ppm Li and a 1560 foot (roughly 475 meter) vertical intercept that averaged 1153 ppm Li. The current 43-101 report on the project notes that, with a cutoff grade of 600 ppm Li and average grade of 1,027 ppm Li, one square mile contains an inferred resource of 5.025 billion kilograms Li (though this is a resource, not a reserve, and has not yet proven economic viability). The gravity low within the valley is 20 km (12 miles) long, and the current estimates of depth to basement rocks range from 600 to 1,200 meters (2,000 to 4,000 feet). The current claim block covers an area of 74 km2 (28.6 mi2) with potential for brine systems and further sediment resources.

    Qualified Person

    Richard Kern, Certified Professional Geologist, a qualified person as defined by Canadian National Instrument 43-101, has reviewed and approved the technical information contained in this news release. Mr. Kern is not independent of the Company as he is the Chief Executive Officer of Iconic.

    Iv been accumlating this for a while. I have done well with these lithium jrs.

    With the world the way it is i think it is important for companies in north america to source there own lithium sources localy.

    Once the drilling starts at bonnie claire , i think we will see the end of theses .16 share prices.

    Super excited for the next few months year ahead for this company, 20 million dollar market cap with billions of dollars worth of lithium in the ground is a no brainer.

    Stock up and good luck.

    Pea news

    The economic model used in the PEA only covers the first 40 years of production. GRE has the following conclusions from the modelling.
    • Average annual production of 32.3 million kg (32,300 tonnes) of LCE

    • Cash operating cost of $5,974/tonne LCE

    • All-in sustaining cost of $6,057/tonne LCE

    • A $1.5 billion after-tax Net Present Value (NPV) at an 8% discount rate

    • A 23.8% after-tax Internal Rate of Return (IRR)

    • Payback period of 6.7 years

    • Break-even price (0% IRR) of $6,545/tonne LCE
    GRE found positive economics using borehole mining and recovery of lithium carbonate after thermal treatment and hot water leaching. GRE stated the following:
    "The Project economics shown in the PEA are favorable and robust, providing positive NPV values at varying lithium carbonate prices, capital costs, and operating costs."

    update from SX.CN

    Lithium Processing
    On November 9, 2021, the Company announced that it has successfully advanced its metallurgical
    process allowing the production of lithium carbonate and hydroxide alongside the production of fertilizer
    by-products and, now, high-grade alumina by-production. This process improvement follows the
    Company’s core strategy of making valuable low-carbon by-products while keeping chemical losses to a
    minimum.

    Iconic Minerals and St-Georges are expecting the results of a first pilot-plant operation with Bonnie
    Claire material to culminate in a final independent report in January 2022. As the process is still being
    significantly improved, the partners also expect to disclose material progress in December 2021.

    Just look at their inferred resources (yes, I know, inferred is the keyword here) compared to other companies. Lots of potential here. $SX has risen like crazy today already. 2021 might just be the year of lithium.
