    outstanding shares before 1st reverse split 1.6B, after 7.9M, outstanding shares now 31M, without reverse split this would be 6.231 Billions shares worth just 1 penny down from .94, -99% and $400M of retails shareholder value has been invested in boats houses cars and what not!
