Horizons ETFs Management (Canada) Inc. (the "Manager") previously announced, by way of a press release dated December 13, 2023, that the exchange traded funds (the "ETFs") listed in the table below would be delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange at the close of business on February 14, 2024, and terminated effective upon the close of business today, February 21, 2024.
