Hudbay Announces US$300 Million Bought Deal Equity Offering
Hudbay Minerals Inc. ("Hudbay" or the "Company") (TSX: HBM) (NYSE: HBM) announced today that it has entered into an agreement with a syndicate of underwriters led by RBC Capital Markets and BMO Capital Markets as Joint Bookrunners (collectively, the "Underwriters"), pursuant to which the Underwriters have agreed to purchase, on a bought deal basis from the Company, a total of 31,600,000 common shares of Hudbay ("Common Shares") at a price of US$9.50 per Common Share for aggregate gross proceeds
