On June 13, 2008, EarthFirst Technologies, Incorporated, along with its affiliates, filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida, Tampa. EarthFirst Technologies, Incorporated is under reorganization. The plan was later approved as liquidation plan.
