Can't understand a $25 price target on this stock. The PE would be huge.
This is a healthy pull back.

Biosimulation for the pharmaceutical sector? Sounds like a great place to be. Good financials here too. The recession could be tough for most of the market, but let's see how these guys do over the next couple of years.

Another profit coming next quarter. Quite the hidden gem here.

CERT has a small miss and guides lower, mostly based on currency exchange. Shares drop 15% over a 2 cent miss. Then does a secondary (why now?). Shares drop another 15% on an offering which adds 5% more shares. And fwiw, this offering coupled with cash on hand is enough to wipe out CERT's debt, if that's what they wish to do. I doubt they do, because I'm sure they'd like flexibility. But cash > debt and profitable is a good place for CERT. If nothing else, at least they can collect a few million $$ annually more with their cash on hand

The 7 million shares sold by a private investor is done. No dilution was involved

This secondary is not dilution and has nothing to do with the company. It is a sale by private investors
