I have held this for several years. I think I should sell as I think there is limited upside for this fund and I have accumulated some holdings in individual reit's like like dir.un, nwh.un, and grt.un that I can continue to hold. Although that only gives me limited exposure to the sector(warehouses and health care) and that means I will have no holdings in retail malls and apartments?
