Horizons ETFs Management (Canada) Inc. (the "Manager") previously announced, by way of a press release dated May 26, 2023, that the exchange traded funds (the "ETFs") listed in the table below would be delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange at the close of business on August 1, 2023, and terminated effective upon the close of business today, August 8, 2023. The ETFs' final net asset value ("NAV"), distribution and termination proceeds per unit are as follows:
