Artrari One Capital Corp. ("Artrari" or the "Company") (TSXV: AOCC.P) is pleased to announce that on January 5, 2024, it has successfully completed its initial public offering ("Offering"), raising gross proceeds of $251,100 pursuant to an amended and restated prospectus dated November 10, 2023. An aggregate of 2,511,000 common shares in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") were subscribed for at a price of $0.10 per Share.
