It also provides special laser marking equipment, laser welding equipment, laser drilling equipment, waterproof and airtight testing equipment, CNC numerical control machine beds, laser direct imaging equipment, forming equipment and testing equipment; and homogenization, mixing, coating, rolling, die cutting, slitting, winding/stacking, battery assembly, baking, liquid injection, chemical composition, etc. In addition, the company offers laser boron doping equipment, plasma enhanced strong vapor deposition equipment, low pressure chemical vapor deposition equipment, diffusion, oxidation, and annealing furnace, and non-destructive scribing machine, scribing and welding integrated machine, etc.; laser surface cutting, laser internal modification cutting equipment, knife wheel cutting equipment, and other front-end wafer cutting equipment; and wire bonding equipment, solid crystal equipment, test tape equipment, and other back-end packaging and testing equipment.
