On July 8th, the heaviest rains ever recorded in Toronto deluged the city, halting trains, stranding cars, swamping basements, taking down power grids, and inspiring, in perhaps equal measure, awe and dismay. Probably the worst flooding Canada's seen, eh? Not by a long shot. Take a look.
