Walmart heiress selling massive Texas ranch for $16.5 million

Alice Walton has decided to hit the old dusty trail and move on from her 1,435+ acre Rocking W Ranch. The property, located near Dallas-Fort Worth Texas is, like everything else in Texas, absolutely huge. The property includes hundreds of acres of pasture, ponds, well water, barns and pretty much everything else you'd need to run a ranch.
