Jeff Bezos of Amazon and Larry Ellison of Oracle are among the top 10 Biggest CEO Overachievers — unlike Meg Whitman, who is number one on the Biggest CEO Underachievers list.

These 10 CEOs are ranked based on their company's stock performance compared to the S&P 500 during their tenure, according to data from Bloomberg.

For Jeff Bezos and Larry Ellison, CEOs who were already in office when the company went public, the day of the initial public offering was used as the starting date for the calculation.}
