Comedian Russell Peters is selling two multimillion-dollar mansions in California, according to Realtor.com.

Peters, who was recently named one of the top 10 richest comics, has listed the first home in Studio City a 5,857-square-foot contemporary with some Mediterranean influences, for $2.8 million.

The second home is a 10,000-square-foot modern mansion in Malibu, which is up for grabs for just under $12 million.
