Jennifer Lawrence bought this house for $8,225,000. She joked at the November 2014 premiere of "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1" that it was the "neighborhood whore" because "everybody's lived in this house." It was previously owned by Jessica Simpson, who commissioned a Shabby Chic remodel and sold it last fall. The flipper who bought the house from Simpson completely redid the place.
